More yoga workshops in Gerrards Cross and North Finchley
The topic of yoga is as vast and deep as an ocean. In our regular classes, which vary from 45 minutes to 90 minutes, we can’t cover a particular body part/anatomy topic or posture and how to improve it in detail. The concept of the workshop on yoga is hugely valuable for teachers and students. Our teachers are constantly upskilling themselves and learning new or renewing what they know so they can part with the wisdom.
Workshops, events, experiences and retreats help to connect the dots in your understanding, deepen your knowledge and to understand what your next steps are and how to get there. Everybody’s destination and what they are trying to achieve may be different and hence we offer a variety of workshops. In some workshops, you could be taking away the routines, exercises and/or drills to practice at home and some are just designed to relax. With limited spaces in yoga workshops across both locations in Gerrards Cross and North Finchley, we have more time to open the floor for Q&A and more casual time to chat with each other, which also helps to build a stronger community.
We regularly offer events and experiences such as gong sound baths or sound bath healing to de-stress and enhance relaxation which would make a great gift for anyone.

Lovely studio, super friendly staff, a great range of teachers and classes. I personally love the heated and hot classes the most.

As a slightly claustrophobic sceptic, I had put off my gift of a session in the flotation tank for some time. It was a case of now or never, so last night I took the plunge (!). I didn't think I would, but I climbed into the clam like structure, closed the lid and turned off the lights immediately. It was more welcoming than I had expected and the fact that it was pitch-dark and top sealed did not faze me. I loved the sensory deprivation and being alone with a complete sense of calm and relaxation was worth getting wet for. It did not feel, to me, like being in water, more like floating in space. It was an hour well spent, as I slept like a baby with the added bonus of really soft skin. I'll definitely do it again.

My first experience with the floatation pod was very relaxing and it created a lasting sense of calmness throughout the following days. I didn't know what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised by the fact that the pod can be easily opened or closed at any point. I'm not usually claustrophobic but it's nice to have complete control over getting in or out. It felt amazing to spend a whole hour feeling weightless and disconnected from the outside world. My muscles felt deeply relaxed and all of my senses turned inwards into a womb-like state. After the session I indulged myself to a luxurious long shower, all amenities provided. Everything was brilliant, including the convenient location, beautiful space and the friendly staff at the front desk.

Heidi's attention to detail during our healing yoga session is unmatched. I felt a strong sense of calm upon arrival to the studio, and every moment throughout the event was met with peace and tranquillity. It was a great experience!
