Pricing for Bharatanatyam dance classes in North London
Yoga, on a deeper level, is more than just physical postures. It's a practice of connecting mind, body, and spirit. Indian dance embodies this very essence. Each graceful movement tells a story, ignites emotions, and taps into a wellspring of creativity.
Just like in yoga, where a teacher guides you to find your inner alignment, investing in the arts allows these ancient traditions to flourish. By supporting Indian classical dance - Bharatnatyam, you nurture a space for self-expression, cultural preservation, and the transmission of stories passed down through generations.
Think of coming to Bharatnatyam dance classes as an investment in your own well-being. The beauty and discipline of Indian dance fosters a sense of peace and harmony, mirroring the goals of your yoga practice. When you support this art form, you contribute to a vibrant cultural tapestry, enriching your own experience and the lives of those around you.
Let's embark on this journey together with our dance classes in North London, one where art meets movement and ignites the spirit within.

It tried the floatation therapy for the first time yesterday. The lovely lady on the desk was very helpful and explained exactly the process and what was involved. The large floatation pod was amazing, music to start & end and mood lights to relax to and much roomier than I expected. It felt fantastic. The true test was later on though. I was told it would help aid sleep - I am not the best sleeper (especially with a 2 year old as well) However I had an extremely good night's sleep, the best I'd had in what seems forever! So to sum up my experience - I'm definitely "sold" on floatation therapy and I'm sure I will be back again. I would certainly recommend this.

I had used yoga hook after finding Nina online. We had used it for a private booking of a therapy room with a high profile sports masseuse (@skssportmassagesoton). - prior to confirming the every aspect was great on their behalf, from arranging a short notice date to even the welcoming before hand. On arrival we was greeted by a lovely polite receptionist. - The whole studio was immaculately clean and tidy with a warm zone feeling. Fresh towels and a gleaming therapy room with comfy seating. You really couldn't ask for more from staff to the actual studio. Whole round 10/10 - 5⋆ experience. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Lovely studio, super friendly staff, a great range of teachers and classes. I personally love the heated and hot classes the most.

My first experience with the floatation pod was very relaxing and it created a lasting sense of calmness throughout the following days. I didn't know what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised by the fact that the pod can be easily opened or closed at any point. I'm not usually claustrophobic but it's nice to have complete control over getting in or out. It felt amazing to spend a whole hour feeling weightless and disconnected from the outside world. My muscles felt deeply relaxed and all of my senses turned inwards into a womb-like state. After the session I indulged myself to a luxurious long shower, all amenities provided. Everything was brilliant, including the convenient location, beautiful space and the friendly staff at the front desk.

When I arrived at Yoga Hook, I was immediately made to feel at ease by the welcoming and friendly team at reception. I tried the flotation therapy experience which was amazing and I felt genuinely relaxed and peaceful both during the session and afterwards also. I would highly recommend the experience to anyone who is looking to de-stress, relax and recharge their batteries and I will certainly be going again soon!
