Our therapy rooms are newly built, boast a fresh air ventilation system in each of the rooms, are soundproofed and have modern styling. We have no ‘Shoe policy’ all the way through the premises and are on the ground floor.

Suitable for beauty, aesthetics, counseling, acupuncture, osteopathy, physio, chiropractor.

Therapy 2 (Heaven)	2.3m x 3.0m	Massage couch, stool and a desk table. Available for 4 days a week - contact for more information.	£650 per month
Therapy 3 (Earth)	2.3m x 4.0m	Massage couch, stool and a desk table	£650 per month
Therapy 4 (Infinity)	4.6m x 3.6m	Massage couch, stool and a desk table	£850 per month
Therapy 5 (Space)	3.9m x 3.1m	Massage couch, stool and a desk table	£850 per month

Studio Hire

Choose from two beautiful studios. Shiva studio is fitted with aerial hooks, infrared heating, music and yoga props with one wall of mirrors. Shakti studio is kitted out to be a dance studio with one wall of mirrors, a music system and aesthetic lighting.

It tried the floatation therapy for the first time yesterday. The lovely lady on the desk was very helpful and explained exactly the process and what was involved. The large floatation pod was amazing, music to start & end and mood lights to relax to and much roomier than I expected. It felt fantastic. The true test was later on though. I was told it would help aid sleep - I am not the best sleeper (especially with a 2 year old as well) However I had an extremely good night's sleep, the best I'd had in what seems forever! So to sum up my experience - I'm definitely "sold" on floatation therapy and I'm sure I will be back again. I would certainly recommend this.

As a slightly claustrophobic sceptic, I had put off my gift of a session in the flotation tank for some time. It was a case of now or never, so last night I took the plunge (!). I didn't think I would, but I climbed into the clam like structure, closed the lid and turned off the lights immediately. It was more welcoming than I had expected and the fact that it was pitch-dark and top sealed did not faze me. I loved the sensory deprivation and being alone with a complete sense of calm and relaxation was worth getting wet for. It did not feel, to me, like being in water, more like floating in space. It was an hour well spent, as I slept like a baby with the added bonus of really soft skin. I'll definitely do it again.
